Load a table form definition together with the saved positional table rows for one job.
Authentication and permissions
Authenticate with signed API-key fields or a logged-in CRM session. These calls use the authenticated account’s data; the handler has no additional job-page, department, assignee or client-admin permission check unless stated below.

Legacy application errors may be returned with HTTP 200. Check the decoded response for error, not only the HTTP status.
Behaviour and edge cases
- fields is the decoded current forms.fields JSON, including any saved definition properties. data is the stored subform_values entry keyed by tableId, or [] when absent.
- A missing/deleted job yields empty data, not a job-not-found error. Missing/invalid table definition JSON can yield fields=null.
- Only the job query excludes deleted rows. The table form is read independently; it is not checked to be referenced by the job’s main form.
- Rows are positional cells matching the form definition, not objects keyed by column name. No sorting, pagination, validation, summing or writes occur.

In the form-data report, open a job table. pageReportFormData.js calls Job_getTableValues from tableShow(id,tableId) and renders fields/data together.
