When to use this endpoint

Load a compact customer/type/reference/status tuple for one active job.

Authentication and permissions

Authenticate with signed API-key fields or a logged-in CRM session. These calls use the authenticated account’s data; the handler has no additional job-page, department, assignee or client-admin permission check unless stated below.

Parameters

ParameterTypeRequiredDescription
idInteger stringYesJob ID, converted with intval; the result must be positive. This selects a physical job ID, not an app ID or job reference.

Example request

$result = FM_api('Job_getClientAndMeetingTime', ['id' => '1042']);

Example response

{"customer_id":"1088","customer_type":"0","meeting_time_e":"1791795600","type_id":"12","job_type":"Service","job_ref":"JOB-0042","is_complete":"0"}

Errors and unusual responses

ResponseCondition
{"error":"not logged in"}No authenticated tenant context is available. Invalid signed credentials can be rejected by the dispatcher before the handler runs.
{"error":"missing or invalid parameter: id"}id is absent or nonpositive; checked before login.
falseNo active job matches, or the query fails.

Legacy application errors may be returned with HTTP 200. Check the decoded response for error, not only the HTTP status.

Behaviour and edge cases

  • Returns customer_id, customer_type, meeting_time_e, type_id, job_type, job_ref and is_complete. Database scalar values are not converted to numbers.
  • The job type is a LEFT JOIN: a missing type leaves job_type null, without removing the job. The type lookup has no archive/deletion predicate.
  • meeting_time_e is Unix seconds, not a local datetime string. No pagination, sort controls or customer-detail lookup runs.

CRM1

No direct CRM1 caller was found in the reviewed source. Use this focused API request when the full job editor payload is unnecessary.

CRM2

No direct CRM2 caller was found in the reviewed source. For batched job fields, see Jobs_getById.

Related endpoints

  • Jobs_getById can select these stored job fields in a batch; its type label is type_name rather than job_type.
  • Job_getStatus is the smaller status-only lookup.
