When to use this endpoint

Use AssetTypes_listByLastEdited for a legacy incremental synchronizer that needs only IDs before fetching details separately.

The current mobile synchronization intermediary queries asset types directly and does not call this public route.

Authentication and permissions

The request must authenticate with signed API-key fields or a logged-in CRM session. The handler performs no additional page or role-permission check.

The lookup and any write use the authenticated tenant; an ID from another tenant cannot be addressed through this call.

Parameters

ParameterTypeRequiredDescription
fromDatetime stringYesInclusive lower bound in exact textual shape YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS. The regular expression checks shape only, not whether the date/time is real.

Example request

$ids = FM_api('AssetTypes_listByLastEdited', [
	'from' => '2026-09-24 00:00:00',
]);

Example response

[
  "47",
  "58"
]

Errors and unusual responses

ResponseCondition
{"error":"not logged in"}No authenticated tenant context is available. Invalid signed credentials can be rejected by the dispatcher before the handler runs.
{"error":"missing \"from\" parameter, or parameter is in wrong format. should be \"yyyy-mm-dd hh:ii:ss\""}from is absent or does not match the required digit/separator shape.

Legacy application errors may be returned with HTTP 200. Check the decoded response for error, not only the HTTP status.

Behaviour and edge cases

  • The comparison is last_edited >= from, so a row exactly on the boundary is included.
  • IDs remain database strings. No ordering, pagination, or maximum count is applied.
  • A syntactically correct impossible date passes handler validation and is left to database datetime comparison behavior.

No production CRM1 caller was found.

CRM2

No production CRM2 caller was found. The mobile syncDownloads intermediary performs its own bounded asset-type query instead.
