When to use this endpoint

Use Customer_deleteCallback for the customer-list action that removes both callback fields in one operation.

Use Customer_setCallback when changing the callback date without deliberately erasing its notes.

Authentication and permissions

The request must authenticate with signed API-key fields or a logged-in CRM session. The handler performs no additional page or role-permission check.

The lookup and any write use the authenticated tenant; an ID from another tenant cannot be addressed through this call.

Parameters

ParameterTypeRequiredDescription
idInteger stringYesCustomer ID. It must convert to an integer of at least 1.

Example request

$result = FM_api('Customer_deleteCallback', [
	'id' => '1042',
]);

Example response

{
  "ok": 1
}

Errors and unusual responses

ResponseCondition
{"error":"not logged in"}No authenticated tenant context is available. Invalid signed credentials can be rejected by the dispatcher before the handler runs.
{"error":"missing or invalid parameter: id"}id is absent or does not convert to a positive integer.

Legacy application errors may be returned with HTTP 200. Check the decoded response for error, not only the HTTP status.

Behaviour and edge cases

  • Sets both callback and callback_notes to SQL null, and updates last_edited and edited_uuid.
  • The query does not require deleted=0; it can modify a soft-deleted customer.
  • There is no pagination and no tenant setting changes the operation.

Side effects

  • Invalidates the customer cache and writes a customer activity-log entry labelled delete callback.
  • Does not fire Customer_edit, write customer change history, or send an update notification.
