# \_setDepartmentId

Sets the Department for a Recurring Job, using the Department's ID

### Parameters

#### id

The ID of the Recurring Job which is being modified

#### department\_id

The ID of the Department to be set to the Recurring Job

### Example

FM_api('JobRecurrence_setDepartmentId',[
  'id'=>'429027',
  'department_id'=>'337120'
  ]
);
```

### Results

#### On Success

```

```

#### On Failure

If the "id" parameter is not included:

```
{"error":"no ID supplied"}
```

If the "id" parameter value does not match an existing Recurring Job:

```
{"error":"recurrence does not exist"}
```

If the "department\_id" parameter value matches the ID of the current Department set to the Recurring Job:

```
{"error":"department_id already set to new value"}
```

if the "department\_id" parameter does not match the ID of any existing Department:

```
{"error":"that department does not exist"}
```
