Sets the hours of the Job.

### Parameters

#### id

The ID of the Job.

#### value

The hours of the Job.

### Example

FM_api('Job_setHours', ['id' => '123', 'value' => '5.5']);
```

### Result

#### On Success

```
{'ok':1}
```

If the Job already has the hours given:

```
{'ok':1,'warning':'value already set'}
```

#### On Failure

If no hours are provided:

```
{'error':'no value provided'}
```

If the Job does not exist:

```
{'error' => 'appointment does not exist'}
```
